Foundation Pilates Policies
Cancellation Policy
If you don’t cancel your appointment before 24 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged. Canceling after that point prevents other clients from getting a timely appointment. Thank you for your courtesy, and for allowing us to serve all our clients!
Credit Card Number on File Policy
Foundation Pilates is now requiring a credit card on file for all booked sessions, in the event of late cancels and no-shows. If you have a current package, the session will be deducted from that package in those instances.
Checking In & Lateness Policy
Please arrive a few minutes early for your scheduled appointment. This will allow adequate time to change, relax and unwind before your appointment. In order for us to be on time, we regret that we cannot give you additional time if you arrive late for your appointment. If for any reason we are late starting your appointment, you will receive the full scheduled time. All sessions are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.
Package Expiration Policy
All packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase. All sales are final. Please choose your packages carefully as we do not offer refunds of any kind under any circumstances.
Payment
We accept cash or check only. There will be a $25 fee for returned checks.
All lessons are by appointment only.
